The soon to be launched Westin Goa – a Marriot International hotel has welcomed on board Ravish Mishra as its executive chef. A hotel management graduate from IHM Hyderabad, Ravish has been in the culinary field for 15 years now. He brings with him a rich culinary experience. And, he is famous for introducing new trends and techniques in every kitchen he sets foot in. Post his graduation he pursued the Kitchen Executive Training Programme from the prestigious Welcomgroup Management Institute, Gurgaon (ITC’s Management Training Program).

Chef Mishra specialises in customising and catering to every palate. A coveted name in the hospitality world, he is famous for expressing his love for food by playing with ingredients. He also experiments with different flavours from the world-over, the hotel shares in an official statement.

Prior to coming on board with The Westin Goa, Chef Mishra has worked with some of the finest brands. These include ITC Ltd., Intercontinental Hotels and Carnival Cruise Lines as Sous Chef. He later completed a brief three-year stint with the pre-opening team at The Westin Kolkata. He worked as an Executive Sous Chef here. From there he made his shift to Marriott Bhopal as an Executive Chef in 2018. Even here he conceptualized many new dining and cuisine concepts.

In addition to his culinary degree and expertise in the F&B industry, Chef Ravish also holds a Human Resource Management degree from the well-known Manipal University.
